1. Who we are
The data controller is FT Labs GmbH ("FluidTokens", "we"), Switzerland. For any privacy request you can write to privacy@fluidtokens.com.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, for visitors in the EEA and the UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR.
2. Data we process
Technical data. When you load the Site our servers and hosting providers necessarily process your IP address, browser and device type, and request logs. We use this to deliver the Site, keep it secure and detect abuse (legitimate interest).
Wallet data. When you connect a wallet we read its public address and balances in order to display your positions and build transactions. This data is public on the blockchain; it is used in your browser and is not linked by us to your identity.
Error and performance data. We use Sentry to detect errors and measure performance. Reports may include technical details of the failure, the page URL and your IP address (legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable).
Usage analytics. Only if you consent, see the next section.
3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the Site is used (pages viewed, features used, approximate location, device and browser) and to improve the product. We do not use advertising features, remarketing or Google Signals, and we do not send your wallet address, balances or transaction contents to Google Analytics.
We use Google Consent Mode: before you choose, and if you reject, no analytics cookies are stored and analytics storage stays denied. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave it, using the button above or "Cookie preferences" in the Settings menu. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before.
IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Analytics data is retained for 2 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
5. Third-party services
To work, the Site connects to infrastructure providers that receive technical data such as your IP address: our own API (fluidtokens.com), blockchain data providers (Blockfrost, Maestro, Nexus), hosting and CDN providers, and Sentry. These act as processors or independent controllers under their own policies. Google acts for Google Analytics as described in section 3. Links to external sites (documentation, X, Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn) are governed by those sites' policies.
6. Blockchain data
Transactions you sign are published on public blockchains (Cardano, Bitcoin). That data is permanent, public and outside our control; it cannot be altered or erased by us, so rights such as erasure cannot be applied to it.
7. International transfers
Some providers (including Google and Sentry) may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions (for example the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention
Analytics data: 2 months. Consent record: up to 12 months, then we ask again. Error reports and server logs: only as long as needed for security and debugging, in any case no longer than 90 days.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@fluidtokens.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with your local supervisory authority.
10. Minors
The Site is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new tools. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change requires new consent we will ask for it again.
